Life Coaching Terms

Legal company

These terms are between you and Luka AI, Inc. Life Coaching is the customer-facing product name. Luka AI, Inc. owns and operates the Pumpit platform, software, infrastructure, templates, and generic platform systems. Creator materials and creator identity rights remain subject to a separate written creator agreement.

Creator products and referrals

Creator-specific agreements control creator-specific rights and obligations. The Product Referral Program is the only referral commission program administered through Pumpit.app. Other signed business agreements, if any, are private arrangements with Luka and are not offered, accepted, calculated, tracked, or paid through the Pumpit website. They are not created by an end user's use of Pumpit.

Product scope

Life Coaching is Life Coaching AI coaching. It is not a substitute for professional care, emergency support, or licensed advice.

• Educational coaching and structured practice only.
• Not professional, emergency, clinical, legal, financial, or licensed advice.
• No guaranteed income, job, result, certification, approval, health, relationship, or personal outcome.
• Use the product inside the rules, safety limits, and real-world boundaries that apply to the user's situation.

Payment boundary

When billing is configured, Stripe shows the final plan, price, renewal, cancellation, and payment terms before payment. Agents must not run a real-card payment smoke without explicit human approval.

No guaranteed outcome

The product can help structure reflection and practice. It does not guarantee a personal, medical, relationship, sexual, emotional, career, or therapeutic outcome.

Continuity and rebranding

If a creator relationship ends, Luka may continue serving existing paid customers, stop new use of creator-specific identity and materials after a valid written request, rebrand a product, and retain lawful historical records and aggregate or de-identified platform learnings. Luka may continue using material reasonably determined to be generic or not unique to that creator. The applicable creator agreement governs the creator's continuing responsibility for supplied material.

Data boundaries

Luka does not grant ordinary users access to another user's data. Any creator access to user-level information requires a Luka-controlled consent process and the user's authorization.
