Life Coaching is designed for a private assessment-first funnel with analytics limited to product and funnel events.
Legal operator
Life Coaching is operated by Luka AI, Inc. The product name is the customer-facing brand; Luka AI, Inc. is the company responsible for this privacy page, product data handling, and legal ownership.
People and information
Pumpit may handle information about visitors, members, creators, people who use creator products, and business counterparties who enter separate signed agreements with Luka. Depending on the service, this can include account details, assessment responses, conversations, uploaded materials, product usage, support messages, payment or payout records, Product Referral Program records, private business agreement records, security information, and communication preferences. Private contract and payment records are administered separately from the automated Product Referral Program.
Assessment privacy
The assessment can start without signing in. When you save a result, we create a private product record tied to the email you provide so the result, checkout, and any later access stay connected. Funnel analytics use product-level event properties such as app_slug and locale, not raw answers, names, email text, chat text, or free-form responses.
Product guidance emails
If you accept the product guidance notice after your assessment, the product may send a short series of emails about your archetype and an invitation to continue. These emails stop when you purchase or unsubscribe. Delivery, bounce, complaint, and limited first-party engagement signals are used to prevent unwanted or excessive email. Purchased users receive their detailed archetype review and pathway guidance as service emails.
Analytics boundary
GA4 or GTM setup must keep token-bearing URLs, auth codes, Stripe session identifiers, raw answers, email addresses, names, and chat text out of analytics payloads.
Creator products and network learning
Luka controls the service data used to operate, secure, support, bill, and improve Pumpit, subject to user rights and applicable law. Creators receive aggregated product reporting by default and do not receive raw conversations, assessment responses, or identifiable user data by default. Shared network learning is limited to aggregate or de-identified information and does not make identifiable creator materials or user conversations an unrestricted source for another creator's product.
Creator brief information
Before a creator agreement is accepted, Luka may use creator-brief information and supplied materials for direct communications with that creator, internal analysis, and platform improvement. That pre-acceptance use does not authorize use of the material in a Pumpit product. Creator responsibility for supplied material is governed by the applicable creator agreement.
User-level creator access
If Pumpit later offers a creator access to user-level information, Luka will define and control the consent process, access scope, duration, recipient, and revocation mechanism. A creator receives that access only when the user has provided the required authorization.
Retention and rights
Luka retains information as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, support, accounting, payouts, disputes, legal obligations, and lawful platform operations. Subject to applicable law and necessary exceptions, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other available privacy rights at support@pumpit.app. Account-related requests must come from the email address registered with the Pumpit account so Luka can verify the request.
Sensitive-category review
No additional third-party pixels should be added to this product without human legal/privacy approval.
